The Lancaster Police Department partners with Lost Angels Career Center to engage local youth in hands-on community projects. Through this program, students work alongside officers to build a PD drift truck, fostering teamwork, mentorship, and real-world skills.
The initiative also highlights our Protect and Swerve campaign, which teaches safe driving practices and promotes positive interactions between youth and law enforcement. This partnership combines education, community engagement, and fun while supporting the next generation of leaders. The truck, officers, and members of Lost Angels can be seen at several events around the city.
