Publish analysis of major permit streamlining measure impacting California

Release a video training series highlighting the four stages of the permitting and due diligence process for economic development real estate projects

Develop curriculum for and launch an in-person cohort-based training model, that includes both stipends and technical assistance for cohort participants to streamline their processes

Release RFPs and create a pool of instructors and technical assistance providers to help jurisdiction implement changes

Create affinity partner program to include other organizations that provide support and leadership with permit streamlining to local governments

Conduct analysis of signed legislation since January 2024 that changed local permitting process; share analysis on website
